Scholarships are awarded for postgraduate programs (Masters and PhD programs) as a national initiative of the Department of Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science.     18,500 euros annual stipend,

    5750 euros annual fee, including non-EU fees,

Eligibility of Application:

Irish Government Scholarship Criteria:

    There is no age limit for applicants who want to gain the scholarships.

    Applicants must carefully verify before applying for programs and scholarships.

    Applicants must pass the eligibility quiz in the application procedure before accessing the application form.

    Applicants must be affiliated with a qualified higher education institution or research-conducting organization.

    The Irish Research Council will not provide scholarships for restricted areas, including human cloning for reproductive purposes, human embryo production for the purchase of stem cells (via somatic cells), and genetic modification, including hereditary mutations in humans.

    Applications must be submitted their required papers in Irish or English.

    The supervisor and the referee must provide a positive report about the applicant.

    Applicants who fail twice after applying for a scholarship to the Government of Ireland will not be able to apply for the same program.

    Students awaiting results can also apply, but they must provide a temporary certificate from their home institute / university.

    Applicants have not previously received an Irish Research Council Scholarship.

Applicable to candidates for all places and all countries including Bangladesh.
