What are the Requirements for IELTS?

It is very important to know the eligibility requirements for the test. So, as you prepare for the exam, note these important requirements explained below:

IELTS is available to all individuals worldwide, regardless of gender, age, caste, religion or nationality. However, you must be at least 16 years old to take the IELTS test and you must have a valid passport.

Relevant institutions may require separate qualifications, but IELTS does not have any specific selection criteria.

If you have UK or US citizenship, no matter how old you are studying in these countries, you will be considered proficient in English and you will not be able to provide IELTS.

This includes those who have completed the survey in these countries and have Irish or Canadian citizenship.

If I have O level certificate, will I accept IELTS?

General Certificate of Education (GCE) General Level, also called O-Level or Holo Level, was a subject based academic qualification.

The ‘O’ level of the English language is the general level of the English language that allows students to communicate with each other easily and effectively. It was originally awarded the Cambridge International Exam.

Candidates who have English language certificate should also take IELTS. The reason for taking the exam is that it depends on the individual requirements for admission to foreign universities and colleges.

For the candidates whose main purpose in taking the test is to transfer to a visa interview, the person is asked by the interviewer to prove his level of good proficiency in English.
