Many countries around the world have not yet recovered from the deadly Corona virus. Nevertheless, the stagnant world is full of New Year's joy. The Corona pandemic has ruined many events, including last year's Eid-ul-Fitr. Schools, colleges and universities were also lifeless. After so many imperfections, this is the day to celebrate the English New Year. Last year, there were restrictions in the country to celebrate the 31st day of the year. However, the New Year's initiative could not be stopped. However, the English New Year is celebrated in different countries of the world including Bangladesh through limited arrangements. 

In the early hours of 2022, there was a wave of people from different walks of life with limited organization to celebrate the day. However, this time the celebration of English New Year 2021 has been able to make up for the regret of last year.

China, known as the birthplace of the corona, is also celebrating the New Year. Seeing the huge crowd of people in Wuhan city, it seems that life is going on in a very normal way. Corona's words may not even come to the minds of the celebrants.

Russia welcomes the new year with lighting and pomp. Fireworks were set off behind the Kremlin's Spaskaya Tower near St. Basil's Cathedral during New Year's Day celebrations in the country's capital, Moscow.

Asia's economic powerhouse Japan was not left out of the New Year celebrations. New Year celebrations were also held in different parts of India. Apart from the Napier Bridge in Amritsar, Chennai and Mumbai, the English New Year is also celebrated in front of the Taj Mahal in Agra.

After Corona, this time France has been able to celebrate the English New Year 2022 in a very open way. New Year's celebrations were banned in the country last year due to the severity of the corona epidemic. This time the French have been able to make up for that regret.

There were various events in different parts of the country around the New Year. Dhaka University's TSC had a splendid New Year celebration. On the occasion of the day, former and current students of the university celebrated the first dawn of 2022 by flying lanterns. Apart from this, Ghota Dhaka has been decorated in a new style along with the roof of Bangshal's house in old Dhaka. Like the red-blue-green light, the city dwellers had no effort left to make their lives colorful. Besides, Hatirjheel at night only adds extra to the chat of city lovers.
