59 Years Old Man Passed Secondary Level
'There is no age for education.' Mofazzal Hossain, panel chairman of Gaibandha Union Parishad (UP) in Jamalpur Islampur, proved this proverbs once again. He sat for the SSC (Secondary School Certificate) examination to get his educational certificate at the last age. At the age of 59, he passed SSC and gave a surprise to the people of his UP.
It is learned that Mofazzal Hossain participated in the SSC examination from the vocational branch of Goallerchar High School in the UP last year. The results were released on December 30. In the exam, he got a GPA of 4.35 and surprised everyone.
Many in his ruling area, including Gaibandha UP chairman Makshudur Rahman Anshari, have congratulated him on passing SSC at the age of 59.
Gaibandha UP chairman said, "Everything is possible if desired. Passing SSC at this age, panel chairman Mofazzal Hossain has made the impossible possible."
Panel Chairman Mofazzal Hossain said, "I have twice served as a member of UP. I have also been made the panel chairman. Having to deal with people from different walks of life. Many people ask, do you pass? I could not answer in shame. So to get rid of shame, I got admitted in Vocational Branch in 2019 and took 2021 SSC exam and passed.
Mofazzal Hossain is the father of 4 daughters and 1 son. His eldest daughter Monira Parveen is a school teacher. The second daughter, Umme Kulsum, is an employee. The third daughter Maryam is studying in the third year of honors class of Islampur Government College. The fourth daughter Khadijatul Kobra is in her second year of honors class at Jamalpur Zaida Shafi Women's College. Son Harunur Rashid is studying for a Masters in Mymensingh Anandamohan College.
Panel Chairman Mofazzal Hossain is involved in various social activities besides public representatives. He has been the chairman of the managing committee of Porarchar SMA Dakhil Madrasa and Ahmedpur High School for a long time. Want to get a degree like boys and girls in the future.
