How to Build Yourself to Get a Scholarship? | Tips for Scholarship | Scholarship Tips

SM Nadeem Mahmood: Before explaining the scholarship tips and tricks I want to share something to you. Scholarship tips for students is nothing but an idea, But students have to be conscious about this. They often search for scholarship circular, scholarship news; try to fill up online scholarship application but they are not aware of the scholarship tips and tricks. Now I can start my ideas about how to build yourself to get international scholarship.

About two years ago, I have received at least a hundred email-inboxes since I posted for the Manobusho Scholarship to study in Japan. It is Japanese Government or Monbukagakusho Scholarship. Enough time to answer the interested ones question to have a few days summer vacation ahead. I try to answer everyone's emails. But about eighty percent of the questions are coming, very common. And while answering these common questions, I think that even though these boys and girls of ours are able to show their digital power on Facebook, but they have completely failed to reach the information.

My concern is when the undergraduate or postgraduate students ask me, what can I do? Is the same rule in dental/medical? What is a 'research paper'? How do I know the professors? etc. After seeing all this, I feel helpless, as well as hopeless. Although our university teachers may be familiar with research, we are developing a generation without fear just by looking at textbooks.

However, these explanations will not end. Come to the real thing. I have written several articles on the details of those who have asked since yesterday, how to write a professor, email ID, CV, cover letter. The information could be found by doing a Google search. Even after that no one has read it and is ready to get readymade information, I am highlighting some information for them.

# Anyone can do Masters or PhD in any related subject. You study in dental and medical, if you want to get a higher degree in biological science, you can take it. Remember, a minimum of 16/17 years of education is required to complete a PhD. If someone is studying medicine, he/she can be admitted directly to the PhD, depending on the course and the wishes of the professors. Some people need to master.

# It doesn't matter if you study in national university, public (Govt.) or privately. Sitting at home thinking the problem is a big problem. So if you are convinced that you can do Masters or PhD, then it is important for you to stick to it.

# University results are never a criterion for getting a scholarship. Your presentation and proficiency in English to professors and university officials is one of your major criteria. Also, the basic knowledge of the subject you want to study abroad depends on how much control you have. It is true that many of the world's leading universities offer a specific CGPA (the meaning of CGPA is Cumulative Grade Point Average) for their school admissions, but they are few in number. If your results are bad, avoid those universities. There are many paths open for you. There are many countries willing to welcome you. Find them. If you are interested, you can study abroad with a scholarship.

Although I am a little hesitant to answer what is a research paper or publication, I am writing looking at our conventional education system. A research paper is when you publish science-based information / data and analyze it in a science journal or present it in the form of a thesis in search of innovation in a specific subject, it will be your research paper or academic publication.

# Come on this time, about how the professor will manage. Email ID of professors is one of the means of communication with professors. So you will get this email id in different ways. I don't think you have to follow any other rules if you search the two strategies I have given. Professors' email IDs are usually found in journal papers.

Accordingly, the National Center for Biotechnology Information is a database. You can get the address and email id of the professors by visiting PubMed on this web site.

*First go to this link www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov and you will find the search option at the top. There you will find hundreds of journals in an instant with your desired word. Suppose your subject is genetics engineering. In this case, if you give any subject of genetics, you will get many journals. Or if you wish, you can search by entering the name of your desired country or university.

*Now open each journal paper. There is an option called 'Author Information' just after the original title. Go there and see that the author's email ID is given.

*These papers contain only abstract. Many times the email ID may not be. However, in this case, there is a PDF option called Full Text or Free Text on the right. The email ID must be found in the original paper.

Start collecting this mail ID and emailing the professors.

# How to get the universities together you can get the addresses of all the universities in the world by following this link. By going to the http://www.4icu.org link you will get the link of your preferred country, university according to your continent.

Go to a university link and see there, there are faculty and department options. If you go to that option and click, you will get detailed information. Many times professors' lab addresses are also available. And go there and find the email ID of the professors.

# Come to the motivation letter this time. Many have asked how to write it. And for that you can focus on some basic things. As I said before, the magic of managing a professor is a beautiful motivation letter. The language of this letter will tell you how you are, your intellect will come to the fore. Remember, you haven't seen the professor, not even the professor. So this is a tool to build a bridge between the two of you. Take the intention to do this difficult task yourself.

Mention a few things there. Your current study status, research status, future desires, why you like that professor, etc. So I have a suggestion, you can go to Google and see the demo. And the biodata must be scientific. The biodata of a job and the biodata of studying abroad in a scholarship can never be the same.

In this case, in addition to your short resume, if you have experience of participating in any seminar or symposium, you can also add the titles of those seminars. However, in the experience option, of course, you can highlight part of the practical study. Altogether, the biodata can certainly highlight some of the research samples.

# Many have asked again if you want to study at your own expense. See, even if you have money, you can't study abroad at your own expense, you have to pass the admission test. You read that at your own expense and with a scholarship. So think of everything before making a decision. Still decide. Remember, this is not an emotional decision, your future will depend on this decision.

# Many want to know what to do after finishing PhD. See, after completing your PhD, you can build an academic career in any country of the world. You can also get jobs in the research and development department of big companies. You can go to the country and teach in university/college. Remember, you don't have to look at someone else's face for a PhD job. Qualification is a great asset.
